Whitening your teeth at home

We understand that with some of our busy schedules it's hard to find time to book in for our in chair whitening appointments with one of our dentists. That is why our take home whitening kit might just be the perfect solution for you! With this option you are able to control when and where you do your whitening.

At our clinic, we aim to make this process as simple and convenient as possible. We use the Pola- Advanced Whitening System. This begins by coming in for a quick consultation with one of our dentists. During this appointment impressions of your teeth will be taken. These will be sent off to a lab to make your custom fit whitening trays. Once the trays are ready, you will be ready to start whitening your teeth!

Pola uses a neutral pH teeth whitening solution which comes in easy to use syringes. It also contains fluoride to remineralise your teeth and protect against any sensitivity. Simply place a small drop of gel into every compartment of your customised tray and then place around your teeth. Wear for approximately 45 minutes per day. Once the treatment is finished, remove the tray and rinse your mouth and tray with lukewarm water. Finish this process by brushing your teeth as per usual. It's that easy!
